The Joyce Hansen Hall Food Bank provides assistance to over 2,300 households each month, the majority of which are families with children, through our food programs.
What We Do
The Joyce Hansen Hall Food Bank is the largest food bank in northern Utah and distributes more food than any other pantry in the state. Volunteers deliver boxes of food to homebound, elderly and disabled patrons as well. In addition, we assist our clients with hygiene items, pet food, diapers, formula & baby food, and offer cooking and nutrition classes.
Our services are intended to supplement mainstream resources such as food stamps. We strive to help all clients reach self-sufficiency through case management services including referrals to other community partners.
Where does our food come from:
- 40% Community & Corporate
- 25% Grocery Rescue
- 20% USDA
- 15% Utah Food Bank
How To Help
